So your move can be planned and performed on time, we need to know what you're moving and what access is like at your current home, as well as your new home. The best way for us to be able to determine the cost of your move is to see your home and belongings in person so we can provide you with an accurate quote.
Why do you need a quote for your removal?
No two removals are the same. A three bedroom house can be sparsely furnished, or it can be very crowded - each move, like every individual, is unique and we need to know how much you're moving, the types of things you are moving, and what access is like at your home as each of these things can impact the cost of your move.
Our removal consultant will come to your home, find out your needs for the removal and you'll show them around so they can calculate the volume of the items you're moving. There's no hard sale, we are there to gather the information needed to make sure your move is performed as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
However, in the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, such as FaceTime or WhatsApp etc.

Everyone was amazing and went above and beyond- the support and reassurance provided in advance of the move itself to my mum was absolutely outstanding- even offering to store for free if there were further complications- not needed in the end but it made a huge difference to how calm my parents were. The team during the move were so kind, endlessly patient, calm, good humoured and incredibly hardworking. They were a fantastic team, each bringing different qualities and skills. We are all so grateful.
