The British Association of Removers (BAR) sets high professional standards for the removal industry through their high membership criteria, the BAR Code of Practice and they've been approved by the Trading Standards Institute. Britannia Bradshaw International Removals & Storage are proud to be a member of the BAR, and we unreservedly subscribe to their Code of Practice.

Membership in the BAR is a long and thorough process which includes annual inspections, company records checks, insurance checks, staff training requirements and much more..

One of the main purposes behind the BAR is to protect consumers when they are moving home, including an Advance Payment Guarantee - in the unlikely event that the BAR member removal company you choose go out of business before your move and you have paid for your move, the BAR can help ensure you get moved (details provided on the link).

How are our appointments carried out

In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, usually FaceTime or WhatsApp.

Yours were the only emails that kept going to spam bin. Not sure why. When different members of the team emailed it was slightly different address again so back to spam? Pre move text 2 days before would reassure mover that things were still on target.

Super lady in office on the phone. Everyone very friendly on top of efficient service.

Tommy, Marcus and Mac were great, friendly and cracked on with the job in a professional and practical way. For me they made it hassle free. Also must mention the other lads who came along and help unload. They too were great, sorry didn’t get their names, but thanks to all of them. Altogether a lovely bunch of lads and an asset to the company.
