I was impressed by the whole ethos of the company
I was referred to them from Rightmove and I was impressed by the whole ethos of the company, from the initial contact through the quotation process, the change of date and re-booking, to the move out and into the new property. The date had to be changed because of other people in the chain, but Bradshaws was able to accommodate the new date and were very patient with me on the phone when I became anxious. The day of the move became very stressful, because, although my sale was completed by 11am and the team was ready to move by 11.30, I could not collect the keys until 3pm. This was due to a problem with the computer system of Barclays Bank. The removal crew were not happy with the delay but understood that it was not my fault, and waited patiently outside the new property. The offloading was done Very quickly, but everything was placed where I wanted it, and nothing was damaged!

How are our appointments carried out
In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, usually FaceTime or WhatsApp.

Tommy, Marcus and Mac were great, friendly and cracked on with the job in a professional and practical way. For me they made it hassle free. Also must mention the other lads who came along and help unload. They too were great, sorry didn’t get their names, but thanks to all of them. Altogether a lovely bunch of lads and an asset to the company.
