I just wanted to send a quick email following our removals with you this week. I feel it’s all too easy to get in touch with companies when things have gone wrong, but it’s also just as important to make contact should the service have been good.

We really cannot fault the customer service we have received, from the very first email sent, right the way through to our belongings being delivered to our new home. We have been so pleased with everything and are grateful to have found such an amazing organisation to handle our removals. The team members who attended to collect our belongings and the ones who dropped them off the following day, were all absolutely lovely. They were friendly, considerate and caring. They worked efficiently but took great care in moving all of our things.

This has made what was a stressful situation (moving out of military accommodation to our own home 180 miles away) so much easier to manage. So again, thank you to the whole team for the great customer service throughout. We will be recommending you to anyone who needs to find a removals company.
