Whole day went without a problem
Both Paul and John were very professional and friendly, they were very careful with covering and protecting carpets. They also dismantled and wrapped the dining table and large pictures. I can't recommend them highly enough excellent and a credit to your company. Whole day went without a problem making the experience much less stressful than anticipated.
Was very impressed with the home visit and excellent price. Lots of information about how furniture would be dismantled and wrapped, also the option of taking unwanted items to charity.

How are our appointments carried out
In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, usually FaceTime or WhatsApp.
