Very reassuringly professional
They were relentlessly hardworking, speedy efficient and despite bad weather and being short staffed due to Covid - were in excellent spirits. Nothing was too much trouble.
Where can we improve? Put pressure on via trade body to reform the English conveyancing process to give more certainty of outcomes/timings earlier on in the process, no deposit til exchange is madness.

The team made it the best such a stressful experience could be. I am amazed how quickly they moved such a huge amount of our stuff! Not a blemish on paintwork or furniture either moving out or moving in. Very reassuringly professional.

How are our appointments carried out
In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, usually FaceTime or WhatsApp.

Business like, friendly, courteous, amenable, very helpful. The quote was not the cheapest, we were very impressed with the way Trevor your assessor introduced himself and explained how Bradshaw/Britannia worked. He then walked around the property accumulating the cubic area per room, shed and garden very methodical, then spoke to us how he envisaged the move should happen. A very good start.

Josh, Kemp and Marcus arrived early, which is always a positive. They were all very pleasant, hard working and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Well presented in the Britannia Bradshaw uniform. Excellent team who took the strain out of a stressful day. I've never used professional removals before and it was great just to sit back, safe in the knowledge that the team were doing a excellent job.
