Superb service! After things took a turn for the worse on the original move date both Lynn and Pam offered me solutions for the day that meant a stressful day turned out to be productive and once we were able to complete the sale and move I knew the day would go smoothly. Having the same crew helped as they were aware of my previous issues.

How are our appointments carried out
In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, usually FaceTime or WhatsApp.

Your team were delayed on the way up from Leicester to Aberdeen, yet they were outside our house at 08:45 on the day of delivery. Note the journey was approximately 450 miles and required an overnight stop both up and down
