Pleasant, helpful & informed
I dealt with Trevor who was very kind and was able to put my mind at rest as I was a last minute enquiry. [The removal men] were good - got on with the job and seemed to know what they were about. I found that some of my boxes that were left in the garage (at my request) were put with the more fragile on the bottom and things like books on top. Any dealings I had with Trevor and Lynn were always pleasant, helpful & informed. The guys who moved me were nice lads and enjoyed my cuppas! Thank you Britannia Bradshaw for coming to my aid when I needed you most.

How are our appointments carried out
In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, usually FaceTime or WhatsApp.

Josh, Kemp and Marcus arrived early, which is always a positive. They were all very pleasant, hard working and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Well presented in the Britannia Bradshaw uniform. Excellent team who took the strain out of a stressful day. I've never used professional removals before and it was great just to sit back, safe in the knowledge that the team were doing a excellent job.
