Nothing was too much trouble
Derek advised us very well. He was patient with our questions and sat and had a cup of tea with us rather than rushing out the door. [The removal men] worked really hard and nothing was too much trouble. They laughed and joked with us taking the stress away and when our keys were late they waited patiently. Not a single thing was damaged or broken. Thanks to everyone including Lynne for the helpful advise when our buyer turned awkward.

How are our appointments carried out
In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, usually FaceTime or WhatsApp.
