Extremely understanding & helpful

Our initial enquiry was followed by various conversations concerning moving delays which were forced upon us. At all times the staff were extremely understanding and helpful. The move was demanding both in terms of items moved and access at collection and delivery. The team handled this very well. They quietly got on with the job and were courteous at all times. No difficulties were raised in the survey with regard to items such as workshop equipment and vehicle parts, or the access at collection and delivery locations. This was not the case with surveys from two competitors whose quotations were considerably higher than Britannia Bradshaw's. Britannia Bradshaw made enormous extra effort to arrange the move at extremely short notice, brought about by delays further down the chain. In the face of extreme unpredictability, this enabled us to meet the requirements of those above us in the chain and get the job done.
