Excellent service from start to finish
I enquired online and was promptly given a call back to arrange a home visit. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Trevor came to our home to quote our move and was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. He explained everything clearly and because of this I felt very confident we would choose Britannia even before our two other quotes were in. Excellent service from start to finish, nothing was too much for these extremely hard working guys. A whole house move with packing and not one single item damaged, I’ll be forever grateful to Britannia for making our home move completely stress free, you guys were fantastic. Each and every one of the gentleman that moved us were fantastic. Greeted us with a handshake and introduced themselves, were professional, polite and extremely hard working. Can not thank them enough.

How are our appointments carried out
In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, usually FaceTime or WhatsApp.
