Mark Lynn and Derek made our move as easy as possible for us. It was a move fraught with problems but we were treated with sympathy and support throughout. They took all the strain and accommodated our every need as they arose. They almost became part of the family! Staff on the day worked tirelessly with care and efficiency. Every item in the house was given full respect and due care and attention. House we left was left spotless and after putting everything in our new house, everything was tidy and accessible. From start to finish whole staff were brilliant.

How are our appointments carried out
In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, usually FaceTime or WhatsApp.

Yours were the only emails that kept going to spam bin. Not sure why. When different members of the team emailed it was slightly different address again so back to spam? Pre move text 2 days before would reassure mover that things were still on target.
